The SkinSpa Institute provides each guest with personalized education, rejuvenation and indulgence. We are both a day spa and a foundation for skincare awareness. As specialists, we offer instruction on daily skincare and bodycare regimes uniquely suited for clients needs and issues. The SkinSpa Instittue blends an aesthetic philosophy of educated research into every service we provide--from customized skincare lessons, to modified spa & body treatments targeting each individuals needs. Integrating only the heghest quality products and the most proficient staff, The SkinSpa Institute offers a therapeutic environment where guests can retreat and revitalize. Spa Policies - We strongly recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will shorten your service time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of your appointment. - In order to offer our guests as many options for available appointment times as possible, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees on weekends and 12 Hours on weekdays. - To secure your appointment time, we ask for a credit card number. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you will be charged for the services scheduled. It is not our intent to be unreasonable, but to be available for you, our client. We understand that schedules change, but missed appointments impact us greatly. - Please keep valuables with you at all times; The SkinSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. - We ask clients to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Cellular phones and pagers/beepers are discouraged in the treatment areas. - Your visit with us is time to pamper yourself. When scheduling your appointments, please make other arrangements for your children. - The SkinSpa Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. Recipients of a donation or auctioned Gift Certificate must inform the receptionist of the Gift Certificate number. Donation Gift Certificates are valid Tuesday through Thursday only. The expiration date may not be changed or extended. - Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Jane Iredale Makeup may not be returned at any time, please choose carefully. - Rates do not include gratuity. All prices are subject to change without notice. -The SkinSpa honors US currency, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and ATM with Visa/MC logo.
